Shipping & Returns

Refer to the SHOP FAQ if you are unsure of anything else. This is strictly important especially to new customers.

 Payment Modes:

• Paypal (For shipments only, otherwise customer bears the fee)
• Cash/NETs at Shop (Self Collect)
• ATM or Internet Banking Transfers:

  • It is important to indicate your name, invoice number and date/time of transfer via email after you make the transfer.

Do note that until payment is received, the item is not reserved for you and can be sold off to anyone at anytime. Any in stock item ordered online and unpaid will be canceled the next day at 1PM or if item is requested at shop itself by other customers, whichever is first.

• Max shipping weight 20kg
• Transit Time: 2-5 working days (for most countries)
• Items are trackable.
• Buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes of their own country/customs.
• We will not under-declare invoice values.

• Registered Air Mail
  
• Listed in system as Standard Mail, but we will register it.
  
• Not available for Singapore or Malaysia.
  
• Dispatch Time: 1-3 days (Subject to Staff schedules)
  
• Transit Time: 3-14 days
• Includes Handling Fee of $3.50
  
• Items are trackable.
• Buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes of their own country/customs.
